3. Late Returns:

   • Customers are responsible for returning the rental vehicle on time. Late returns may result in additional charges billed on an hourly or daily basis, depending on the rental location and the duration of the delay.

4. Vehicle Condition:

   • The rental vehicle should be returned in the same condition as it was rented, with all accessories, equipment, and documentation included.
   • Customers are responsible for any damages to the vehicle incurred during the rental period, subject to the terms of the rental agreement and applicable insurance coverage.

5. Fuel Level:

   • The rental vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup.
   • Customers have the option to pre-purchase a full tank of fuel at a discounted rate or to refuel the vehicle before returning it to avoid refueling charges.

6. Inspection Process:

   • Upon return, a representative of  Rental707 will conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle to assess its condition and verify the fuel level.
   • Any discrepancies or damages will be documented and discussed with the customer, and charges may apply accordingly.

7. Personal Belongings:

   • Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the rental vehicle before returning it.
   • Rental707 is not liable for any items left behind in the vehicle after return.

8. Extensions:

   • If you need to extend your rental period, please contact Rental707 as soon as possible to make arrangements.
   • Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional charges.

9. Refunds and Credits:

   • Refunds or credits for early returns or unused rental days are generally not provided.
   • Any refund requests will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and applicable cancellation policy.
